Ron Cook
Over the years, I realized making money from customer’s technical problems made me feel as if I wasn’t doing all I could to help my customers. It just didn’t seem right, so I changed the thinking in our company to be more proactive by offering our customers full Business Continuity Services.
This means that here at Connecting Point we are now responsible for monitoring and maintaining optimum performance for our customer’s computer networks and equipment. Our goal is to ensure all of our customers are always “Open for Business”. Now I pay my employees to keep bad things from happening to my customers, and that feels right!
Connecting Point has been making our customers our friends for 25 years and we want to make you a friend too. Call us to find out how we can help your protect your business with our professional Business Continuity service, priced just right for small and mid-size businesses. My guaranty is that you will never have any downtime. If you have any it will be minimal. And, if you don’t like our services, don’t pay us.

Kevin Gregg
VP of Business Development & Technical Services, joined Connecting Point 14 years ago and has learned the business from the ground up.
Starting in retail sales and later becoming retail sales manager, Kevin moved up to General Manager of Connecting Point when the company was more focused on product sales. Now, as we have transitioned to proactive Business Continuity services, Kevin has a major role developing new business and overseeing our service delivery.
Kevin’s technical specialization is in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone systems that provide telephone capabilities across a data network. Besides knowing how to configure and support the technology, he has developed inside contacts at the major phone carriers so we can quickly address the common problems that can occur both inside a network and with the phone service provider.
